    4 chicken breasts, no skin or bone
    2.5 TBS of extra virgin olive oil
    1 TBS butter, unsalted
    1 tsp of Cajun style rub
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    dash of kosher salt


season chicken breasts with ground pepper, salt, and rub generously
Heat olive oil and butter in large skillet
Saute breasts 10 minutes on each side until "blackened"
