Introduction

Ingredients

    - 16 Raw Potato's Diced
    - 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
    - 3 Cloves of Garlic
    - 4 Tbsp of Fresh Chives
    - 16 Fresh eggs (medium)
    - 1 Cup of shredded Cheddar/Colby cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven 375 Degrees
2. Cut potatoes into bit sized diced pieces
3. Put all diced potatoes in a casserole dish
4. Chop up chives & garlic and sprinkle on top of potato dish along with salt and pepper
5. Poor half a cup of water in the dish and cover with foil
6. Put in oven and set timer for 30 min. Check to see if potato is cooked through the middle and add additional time if needed
7. While potatoes are cooking scramble the eggs and set aside.
8. When potatoes are done mix in the eggs and sprinkle cheese on top and serve
