Ingredients

    3 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    4 oz of beer (I used Fireside Nut Brown)
    2 limes squeezed
    1 tsp onion powder
    2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    49 oz pork tenderloin (approx. 3.3 lbs)

Directions

Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Grill till tenderloin reaches 165 degrees on meat thermometer. Let rest for 10 minutes so juices can redistribute. Slice on an angle. Enjoy!
