    8 C Min's spaghetti with meat sauce
    16 oz. lasgna noodles uncooked
    3 c shredded mozzerella cheese
    1/2 c shredded parmesean cheese
    12 oz. part skim ricotta cheese
    1 egg beaten
    italian seasoning


I usually leave the mozzerella off the top and bake 50 minutes then remove the cover, add the last of the mozzerella and bake uncovered for the last 10 minutes.


In a baking dish place the noodles, cover with VERY hot tap water and let sit for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix the ricotta, parmesean, egg, and seasoning. Drain water and pat dry the noodles and the dish. Spray the dish with non stick spray. Spread 2 cups of sauce on the bottom on dish topped by 1 overlapping layer of noodles. Cover with 1/2 the ricotta mixture then 2 cups of sauce, another layer of noodles and 1 cup of mozzerella. Repeat layers, cover and bake 1 hour. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
