    Mushrooms (10)
    Red Pepper
    Fat Free Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)
    Bread Crumbs (1/4 C)
    Margarine (1 Tbs)


Chop mushroom stems, onions, red peppers & garlic - saute in margarine. Steam & Chop Broccoli. Mix sauteed veggies, broccoli, cheese & bread crumbs. Stuff mushrooms and pile high. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. YUMMY!!!!!
