    Shrimp, raw,peeled 48 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    chopped Okra, 2381. grams
    Garlic, 3 cloves

chop and sautee onion in olive oil, add pressed garlic. Add okra, cook on med. until okra starts to get soft. add shrimp, cook until okra and shrimp are done, about 10 minutes. Serve over rice if desired.
