Ingredients

For the dipping sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
For the salmon:
4 - 6 oz. salmon fillets
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tsp wasabi paste
2 tsp green tea
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
Makes: 4 servings
Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and store in the fridge until needed.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper. Combine the teriyaki sauce and the wasabi in a side dish. Add the salmon and turn to coat. Combine the green tea and sesame seeds on a plate. Set the salmon - flesh-side down and coat the top of the fish with the green tea mixture. Place the salmon in the baking dish, crust side up. Drizzle with the remaining teriyaki sauce mixture. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until just cooked through. Serve the salmon with the sauce alongside for dipping.
