    16 ounces cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    3 large eggs
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    4 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream liquor
    Pre-packaged graham cracker crust


Place a pan of water on the bottom of the oven beneath the rack the cheese cake is baking on to prevent over-drying.


Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and Bailey's and beat until all ingredients are combined.

Pour mixture into pie crust (or graham cracker crust lined spring form pan if crust is made from scratch) and bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or until edges are slightly dry and done-looking.

Let cool and refrigerate overnight before serving.
