Introduction
The provolone adds a nice flavor to the chicken breast and the asparagus adds some crunch. Serve with some pasta or rice and you've got a quick meal! Ingredients

1/2 chicken breast
1 oz. provolone cheese
4 spears of asparagus
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
Tips
Different spices and different cheeses will add variety to this dish.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trim the bottom of the asparagus and steam them for four minutes. Shock in cold water and drain.
Butterfly the chicken breasts and season the inside of them with salt, pepper and garlic powder (or any other spices you like). Place the cheese slice(s) and asparagus on the open chicken breast and fold the chicken back together.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or use a baking rack. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is done in the middle.
