Ingredients

    4 large eggs
    1/4 cup parmesn cheese
    6 slices of fully cooked bacon

Directions

preheat oven to 450
seperate yolks and whites from 4 large eggs
whip whites till stiff peaks form
fold in bacon an cheese
spoon clouds onto baking sheet
make wells in middle of clouds
cook clouds for 2-4 min
pour egg yolk into wells
cook until yolks are set about 2-4 min
