    McCann's Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal - 1 cup
    Water - 4 cups
    Black Currants - 1/4 cup
    Brown sugar - 1/4 cup


Boil 4 cups water. Add 1 cup steel cut oatmeal, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Add currants and brown sugar, stir and let stand 5 minutes.
