    1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    4 teaspoons olive oil
    2 teaspoon Garlic
    1/2 teaspoon Mrs Dash Chipotle Seasoning Blend
    1/2 bell peppers & onions
    2 Cod fillets, thawed


Preheat oven at 450 degrees.
Take two pieces of foil spray with canola oil.
Than split the ingredients up on the foil.
bake for 20 minutes
