    1.5 lbs extra lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can diced green chiles, 4 oz
    1 can enchilada sauce, 10 oz
    1 cup light sour cream
    2/3 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
    10 La Tortilla Smart & Delicious tortillas (80 cals each)


Brown hamburger with onion. Drain any fat. Add chiles and enchilada sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add sour cream and cook an addition 10 minutes (until sour cream is well incorporated).

Spoon filling into tortillas, roll, and line in 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in 350* oven for 15 minutes.
