    1 large onion
    1-6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 can Bush's Hot Chili Beans (drained)
    1 can Bush's Black Beans (drained)
    1/2 can whole kernel corn (drained)
    3 T. chili powder
    1 t. salt
    1 can water
    1 can Bush's Petite Diced Tomatoes


Saute onion in 1 tablespoon oil. Add the rest of ingredients and cook 30 minutes. Makes 8-1 cup servings.

  • I did not use the brand listed. I used generic and did not rinse the Mexican Chili Beans I used. I also used frozen corn, 2 cups, because I didn't think 1 cup (1/2 can) was enough. It was very zippy, but delicious. Thanks so much for sharing! - 3/21/08
