    6 medium tomatoes
    1/2 small to medium cucumber peeled
    2 celery stalks
    2 Scallions
    1/2 C. Fresh Parsley
    1 Garlic Clove
    1/2 C. Raw Sunflower Seeds soaked 6-8 hours
    1 TBS. Lemon Juice
    1 TBS. Olive Oil
    Celtic Salt to taste


Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out the center.
Add tomato pulp to the other ingredients. Finely chop all ingredients (with food chopper).
Add celtic salt to taste.Mix well and fill tomato halves. I like to refrigerate a couple of hours.

*Don't forget to soak the raw sunflower seeds!
