Number of Servings: 6


    1 c chopped celery
    1 c chopped onion
    1 c ketchup
    1 c barbecue sauce
    1 c water
    2 Tbs vinegar
    2Tbs worchershire sauce
    2 Tbs brown sugar
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ppper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 lb boneless pork roast


combine all ingredients except roast in slow cooker
When well mixed add roast cover and cook on hight 6-7 hours
Remove roast and shred and return to cooker.
Keep hot until ready to eat.
