    1 lb ground turkey breast
    1 onion, chopped
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 tbsp flour
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 -1 cup of frozen peas and carrots
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
    1 tbsp olive oil


Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Brown the turkey along with onion, peppers, celery and garlic. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Add the thyme. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture in the pan, and let the flour cook for a couple of seconds. Stir in the Worcestershire Sauce and broth. Add the peas and carrots. Simmer unitl most of the liquid cooks off. Serve with mashed potatoes.

  • Very Good
    The ingredients are all pitch perfect and wonderful! However for a pound of mince I found I had a lot more than 5 servings!

    Goes really well with a cauliflower mash on top instead of potato.
