    Wild Rice, .50 cup, uncooked
    Brown Rice, long grain, .50 cup, uncooked
    Celery, raw, .50 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, .50 cup, chopped
    Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1 cup, chopped
    Spice Hunter Herbes De Provence, 1 Tbsp
    sea salt - mediterranean, 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp
    Black Pepper, 1 tsp
    Pacific Organic Chicken Broth, 5 cups
    Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp


If the broth becomes thicker than you prefer, add a small amount of water or extra chicken broth to thin.


In a large stock pot pour the olive oil and add chopped onions and celery. Cook over medium heat until transparent. Add carrots, rice, chicken and seasonings. Pour chicken broth over everything and reduce heat to allow the mixture to simmer until rice is cooked and carrots are tender, stirring occasionally.
