    - 454g dry Kamut Pasta
    - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    - 2 cups (not packed) 2% Cottage Cheese
    - 1 cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
    - 1/2 cup 2% Shredded Mozzarella
    - Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain; place in a large bowl.
3. Place cottage cheese in a food processor; process until smooth.
4. Combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan and half the cheddar cheese plus a little salt and pepper.
5. Add the cheese mixture to the pasta and mix well.
6. Spoon mixture into an 11x7-inch glass or ceramic baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
7. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over pasta mixture.
8. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
9. Preheat broiler (do not remove dish from oven).
10. Broil pasta 1 minute or until top browns.
