1/2 C dry oatmeal, .5 serving (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
All Whites 100% liquid egg whites, 192 gram(s) (remove)
*BSN Lean Dessert Protein - Whipped Vanilla, 1 serving (remove)
*Carey's Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions
1. Mix the oatmeal, egg whites, and protein powder in a bowl. If additional liquid is needed to mix properly, add a little water and stir until you have a smooth consistency.
2. Spray a frying pan with a nonstick cooking spray, such as Pam, then portion out the mix into pancakes (one or two depending on the size of your pan).
3. Cook until brown and firm. Transfer to a plate and add cinnamon and sugar-free syrup to taste.
