    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup pinto beans
    1 small jar of salsa
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    cumin, salt, and black pepper to taste


add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 9 hours. Serve with brown rice and a dollop of sour cream.
