    32 oz chicken
    1 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 cup water
    3/4 cup sugar
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1 medium onion


Place chicken in crock pot. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on high for 5 hours.

Serve with rice.

Serving Size: 3 oz chicken with 1/3 cup sauce
