Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    2 tbsp of Olive oil
    1 head of Cauliflower, raw, 691.6 grams
    3 Leeks
    16 teaspoons chicken broth - concentrate
    8 cups of water
    4 tsps of Garlic - chopped No Name
    1 cups creamer, half and half,

Directions

Wash & cup up cauliflowerand leeks
saute in Olive oil
Add concertrate broth to water & add to pot
add the garlic
After bringing to a boil, turn down temperature & simmer
Add 1 cup of cream just before serving

Serving Size: 12 - 1 cup servings
