    1 lb pork sausage
    1 can cream style corn
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 cup cracker crumbs
    2 tlb chopped onion
    1 cup milk
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    salt & pepper to taste


Cook the fat out of the sausage. Drain, add the other ingredients and mix well. Bake in well greased casserole for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
