Blueberry French Toast Bake
4 healthy life buns torn into pieces
4 eggs
4 egg whites
1 cup of Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons splenda brown sugar
Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 13x9 pan with Pam
Spread buns in bottom of pan. Whisk eggs, egg whites and yogurt. Pour egg mixture over bread pieces. Sprinkle the blueberries over the bread and eggs. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the whole thing. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
Tips
You can make this & refrigerate the night before for a quick breakfast. Also, try other fresh fruits.
