2 green onions, sliced
2 cups low-sodium vegetable juice cocktail
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

Made this today with my immersion blender. Added fresh jalapeño and lots of pepper for more heat. Love that it is all fresh tomato and no canned. The lemon juice added the brightness without salt. Had a serving right away because it smelled so good but know it will taste better when chilled. Great! - 8/22/15
