    1 lb ground beef (grass-fed preferre)
    1 can petite cut diced tomatoes
    2 yellow onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbs minimum ground cumin (to taste)
    3 tbsp minimum chili powder
    4 cloves of garlic
    8 oz tomato juice
    1/4 tsp cocoa
    1 tbsp ghee
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Cayenne, hot sauce, sriracha to taste (not included in calories)


In lidded pot or dutch oven, saute beef, onions, and pepper together in ghee. Add in other ingredients. Cook over very low heat for 90 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
