Ingredients

    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 2 cup (remove)
    *Organic cane sugar, 6 tsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Heat oven to 375
with pastry blender cut butter into flour, sugar, baking powder, baing soda & salt until it has a crumbly consisitenct
Slowly add buttermilk until dough holds together. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead until dough holds together. Form & flatten into a 7inch round loaf. Bake on a lighly greased cookie sheet for 30-40 minutes until loaf sounds hollow
