Herb and Garlic flavor pizza dough, made fresh as you need it! Herb and Garlic flavor pizza dough, made fresh as you need it!
Number of Servings: 8


    1-1/3" cup water
    1 T bakers yeast (one packet)
    1 t salt
    1 T basil
    1 t garlic powder
    1 T sugar
    5 cups flour (we use a combination of Sorghum, Potato, White Rice, and Wheat flours)


Experiment with your favorite herbs and flavors.


Add yeast to warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes, while you oil your pizza pan or stone, and gather the other ingredients. Stir in spices, sugar, and olive oil, and 2 cups of the flour. Add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough is manageable. Knead lightly, and let rest in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. press or roll out to pizza pan size, top with your favorite toppings, and bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes, until edges are golden brown. Enjoy

Serving Size: Makes one large pizza, or two smaller pizzas
