    Extra Lean Ground Beef 4 OZ
    Baby Bella Mushrooms 4 Med
    Red Onion 1/4 C
    Garlic 1 Tbs
    Cheddar, Montery or Montery Jack Cheese 1/4 C Shredded
    Olive Oil 1/2 Tbs
    Salt & Pepper


If you dump the mixed ingredients on a piece of plastic wrap and shap into the burger it makes it a lot easier.


In a small food processer chop the mushrooms, onion, and garlic together. Add the beef and cheese and mix together. Add the Oil to a small pan and heat on Med hot. Add the patty and cood untill done (approx 5 mins per side.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large or 2 small burgers
