    1/3 cup salsa
    2 cup cooked quinoa
    1 can black beans, drained & rinsed


Combine all ingredients.

Can be served hot or cold. I eat mine over a salad of mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers & avacado w/ a dressing of greek yogurt & salsa.
