    8 tablespoons Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
    2 large chicken fillets cut in half
    2 large egg whites


Preheated the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with canola oil. Than cut the chicken fillets in half. Drip the chicken in the egg whites & than in to the corn flake crumbs. Than put them on the baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour.

  • Made this tonight....made with chicken thigh fillets cut them, used frosted flakes and added a ranch packets. I had all this on hand so Improvised. Came out good. - 8/23/13
