Tilapia fillets Sea Best, 8 oz (remove)
Mango Chutney Indian Major Gray Roland, 2 tbsp (remove)
Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
Lemon juice Badia, 1 tsp (remove)
LOW SODIUM HOMEMADE Taco/ Fajita seasoning blend, 2 tsp
Directions
1 tsp each fillet sprinkle lemon juice over both sides of fish. Use 2 tsp taco seasoning homemade or ready made & sprinkle 1 tsp each over each side of fillets. Put 1 tbsp each fillet on top & half slice of tomato on top each fillet. Refrigerate to marinate at least 30 minutes. Bake in 350 degree oven about 15 minutes.
