Introduction

Cut tempeh into 1 inch cubes and brown with olive oil and cilantro. Chop celery into small pieces, then combine with tuna, mayonnaise and horseradish sauce in a bowl. Ingredients

    4 oz. tempeh
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon cilantro
    1 can tuna
    1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    2 stalks celery

Directions

Brown the tempeh in a skillet on low heat for ten minutes. It soaks up oil, so you may need to add a little more halfway through.
