Ingredients

1 clove crushed garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp Lemon juice
.5 tsp dijon mustard
.5 tsp freshly ground pepper
dash salt
Directions
Add all ingredients to a small glass mixing bowl and whisk until emulsified. Enjoy over any salad or use as a marinade for chicken, pork or seafood.
