    1 # lean ground beef. (ground turkey would be good too)
    1 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 egg
    1 tbsp. Italian seasonings
    1/2 cup Marinara sauce
    1/2 cup pepperoni slices
    1/2 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/2 black olives, sliced
    1/2 shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/4 shredded parmesan cheese


Due to the grease run off, I put mine on a round steamer pan inserted in a baking dish. If not, I try to drain off the grease before adding the toppings


Crust:Mix meat, egg, garlic and spices. Spread on a glass baking dish or pizza pan. Bake at 400 for 15-20 min until browned and crusty, Remove, blot the meat crust with a paper towel.

Spread sauce and toppings over the crust and bake another 10-15 min. until cheese is melting and beginning to brown.
