Introduction

This isn't the lowest in fat or calories, but it tastes amazing! This isn't the lowest in fat or calories, but it tastes amazing!

Ingredients

    2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
    1 cup boiling water
    1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, reduced fat
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 pounds boneless round steak, trimmed and cut into thin strips
    1 package (8 ounces) low fat cream cheese, cubed

Directions

In a 3-qt. slow cooker, dissolve bouillon in water. Add the beef, soup, onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the meat is tender. Stir in cream cheese until smooth. Serve with egg noodles (be sure to add the nutritional information for the noodles).

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 1 cup each.
