Ingredients

2 Tablespoons margarine
1 cup broccoli
½ cup mushrooms
½ cup onions
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 cups fat free skim milk
2 oz 2% fat swiss cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
4 oz imitation crab
4 oz cooked shrimp
8 oz pasta
Directions
1. In a 10” skillet, heat 1 tablespoon margarine until bubbly, add broccoli, mushrooms, and onion. Cook stirring frequently until vegetables are tender-crisp.
2. Using a slotted spoon removed vegetables from skillet and set aside.
3. In same skillet heat remaining 1 tablespoon margarine until bubbly. Sprinkle margarine with flour and stir to combine. Gradually stir in milk, cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and thickened.
4. Add cheese and stir frequently until melted.
5. Return vegetables to skillet, add crab and shrimp.
6. Serve with linguine.
