    2 Tbsp flour
    2 tsp garlic powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 lb skinless chicken breast, cubed
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. Italian Salad Dressing (Lite)
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    2 large carrots, thinly sliced
    1 c fresh mushrooms sliced
    1 small onion chopped
    1 Tbsp butter (Land O Lakes butter with Canola used in determining calories and fat)


Can serve over brown rice to round out the meal.


In a large container, mix flour, 1 t. garlic powder, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper. Add chicken and shake to coat.
In skillet, saute chicken in oil until browned. Add everything else, including remaining spices (1 t. garlic powder, 1/2 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper) Cover and cook until veggies are tender.
