Introduction

Variation of Banana bread. Variation of Banana bread.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups wheat flour
    0.5 tsp baking soda
    2 egg whites
    0.5 cup milk 1%
    6 oz Greek yogurt
    1 cup applesauce unsweetened
    3 medium ripe banana mashed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.

Mix the other ingredients in another bowl and then combine and mix.

Put mixture in cupcake pan and then in the oven. Finishes in about 45 min or when toothpick comes out somewhat clean.
