Number of Servings: 8


    1 lb Ground Turkey

    1 small Summer squash, peeled, chopped

    1 cup Spinach, fresh, chopped

    1/2 cup Scallions, raw, chopped

    1/2 Onions, raw, chopped

    1 large egg white, fresh or egg substitute

    1/2 Croutons, seasoned, crushed coarsely

    1/2 Spaghetti Sauce Prego Veggie Smart

    2 tsp Italian Seasoning

    1 tbsp Garlic powder

    Salt or Other preferred seasoning (remember not too much wanna keep the sodium volume low)

    Loaf Pan


Cook time can vary depending on oven so after 30 mins keep an eye on it and it's done when when there's no pink meat.

Serve with long grain brown rice or baked potato


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Put ground turkey in a bowl and add:
Italian Seasoning
Garlic powder
Spaghetti Sauce

Combine with large spoon, but best method is with your hands (make sure you wash and sanitize them thoroughly after!)

Spoon mixture into a loaf pan and smooth out.

Put in preheated oven

Cook for 30 to 60 minutes
