Introduction

Ingredients

Cauliflower, raw, 10 cup
Kale, 4 cup, chopped
Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Kroger Sour Cream, Fat Free, 2 tbsp
Directions
Clean and boil Cauliflower until completely tender. Remove Cauliflower from water. Clean Kale and chop into small pieces. Add Kale to water and cook until wilted and tender. Mash Cauliflower like you would potatoes. Using Butter and sour cream for moisture. Season to taste. I use Pepper, Salt and Garlic.
