    2.5# Coarsely ground Venison Roast
    3 cans Sliced, Stewed Tomatoes
    1 Cup Tomato Sauce
    1 Can Tomatoe Paste
    1 Can Bush's Red Kidney Beans
    1/2 Raw Onion, chopped
    1/2 Bell Pepper (Red,Yellow or Green), chopped
    3.5 TBL Chili Powder, or to taste
    1 TBL Cracked Red Pepper (Optional)
    1/2 cup Ketchup


Lightly brown venison WITHOUT OIL very slowly in a slow cooker. Add all other ingredients. Cook on HI for approximately 8 hours. Stir hourly, do not let mixture run dry and burn.

Makes 12, 1 cup servings. High protein and low fat.
