    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup bran
    1 cup oats
    1 cup ground flax seed
    1 Tbsp Baking Soda
    1 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup demera sugar
    1/2 cup almond oil
    1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1/2 cup peach nectar
    4 eggs


Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

Mix all ingredients until combined. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
