    1 cup brown rice, cooked
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 onion, sliced/diced
    1 clove garlic
    1 ounce dried tart cherries
    1 oz almonds
    3-4 small mushrooms, chopped
    1 T butter


"sweat" veggies until cooked, add brown rice & cherries. Heat thoroughly. It's ready.
