Ingredients

    1.74 lbs beef
    1 large onion, cut in rounds
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 tb oregano
    2 tb basil
    1 tsp cayenne
    2 tsp salt
    1 bottle beer

Directions

Place roast in the crockpot (frozen is okay), layer in onions & tomatoes. Sprinkle herbs, pour in beer. 4 hours on low.
