    Tuna, 6 oz can in watter, 1 serving (remove)
    Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp
    Onion powder, 1/4 tsp
    Mt. Olive dill pickle relish, 2 tbsp


Mix everything together and eat! Sometimes I eat this by itself, sometimes with crackers, celery, or bread (as a sandwich).
