Number of Servings: 1


    One small banana, pealed and sliced lengthwise.
    One Cup Plain, Low Fat Yogurt
    One (loosely packed) Cup of raisins
    One Half Cup of Grape nuts (or one serving of Granola)


Makes one serving.
In a round or oblong bowl place banana so each side is open.
Spoon yogurt into center of banana and over the sides a bit.
Sprinkle raisins and Grape Nuts over yogurt.
