    Milk 2% - 1/2 c
    Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
    Raisins - 10 grams
    Dash of salt


I copied this recipe from spark, changed milk from ff to 2% and added a few more raisins. Original is good, I like this a bit better.


Mix ingredients in a cup and refrigerate overnight
