Good for salad or as baste for grilling Good for salad or as baste for grilling
Number of Servings: 8

    1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries, can use frozen - leave out sugar if use frozen
1 teaspoon dijon or honey mustard (honey mustard gives it a really nice flavor, leave out the sugar)
    2 Tablespoons balsalmic vinegar
Salt and pepper - dash or to taste
Splenda or similar no calorie sweetener to taste - most of the time not needed. Taste before adding.

This recipe is really good with honey mustard but hard to find it without a lot of sugar so ups the calories if used.

Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor, add other ingredients except oil, blend together. Add oil and blend until creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste and preference.
